Note that the Heading of each set of Pages gives a synopsis of what can be found on its drop down menu.

To be kept informed of the latest News (as shown on the Home page) then register your email address at the very bottom of the Home page on the left hand side where it says “Follow this blog”.

The following information will make it easy for you to navigate this site. Clicking on any of the links will take you straight to that page. It will appear in a new tab.

If you want:

  • to understand the purpose of our club then go to Our Club; learn its Code of Ethics and Constitution; see who is on the Committee and their portfolios;  there is also a page on Awards given and another with Management Records.
  • most importantly find out Why and How to Join BLPN

  • to read News, go to the posts on the Home page
  • to see Posts then scroll down the Home page. All Posts will be in Chronological order. These are stored monthly – see “Monthly Archives” at the bottom of Posts and each Page. Alternatively if you are following a particular thread (such as: activities, posts etc) then go to “Categories of Posts” (found at the bottom of each Page) and choose your thread from the drop down menu
  • The “Calendar of Posts” at the bottom of all Pages helps you to find a particular post if you know the date it was posted
  • And you can be kept in touch with replies/comments to any particular Post by clicking on the appropriate box under that Post.
  • the Sidebar (to the right of the text on each page) has links to many useful birding related websites. These include links to:

    • the various Alert services
