BLPN AGM – 15th February 2020
Members of BirdLife Port Natal are advised that the 71st Annual General Meeting of the club will be held at Mount EdgecombeCountry Club Estate Conference Centre in the Sandpiper Room, Westville on Saturday 15th February 2019 at 10h30. This is an important event in the annals of the club so we would really ask as many members as possible to support this event. The relevant documents for the meeting are available for download below.
Presentation: After the business portion of the AGM business Mark Anderson, BirdLife South Africa’s CEO will be giving us a presentation entitled BirdLife and Conservation . This will be followed by a lunch and chats. If you will be attending please RSVP to agm@blpn.org for catering purposes. We appeal to all of you to please do this small thing and not just turn up at the last minute.
Proxy: If you are unable to attend please complete a proxy form and send back to agm@blpn.org. This is important to ensure a quorum as per our constitution.
Committee: Please also consider volunteering for the committee. We would welcome new faces and ideas to take the club through the next cycle and given the resignation of two committee members for health reasons we really need some extra help. If you think you know someone who would add value and would like to join the committee please nominate them using the Nomination form.
