Good day to All,

A great deal of fun was had by the 4 teams that entered.  The day started off very well with lovely sunny weather but did get rather windy around 11:00 which did affect the birding.    The winning team of Roy, Steve and Crispin had a total of 98 birds and received a bottle of Thelema Mountain Red for their excellent effort.    The Best Bird Seen went to the team of  Frankie, Peter, Cecily & Mark for their sighting of 20 Bald Ibis flying over Bayhead (most unusual) and were presented with a bottle of Kleine Zalze Chenin Blanc – all the teams had over 50 birds –  well done to everyone.
