BeKZN has adopted a WhatsApp Community feature to streamline communications and simplify the management of bookings for Walks, Stake-Outs, Talks, and other activities and events. The Community consists of a central Announcements group together with a number of sub-groups that members may join depending on their interests and the activities they wish to attend in the month.

The most important requirement for all members is to belong to the main WhatsApp Community and its Announcements group, which ensures that you receive club announcements and are able to access activity and events booking groups. The Announcements group is a broadcast-only group. Only club administrators may post. This ensures that important information, club news, activities and announcements are easy to find.
