Strategic Planning Meeting

 Strategic Planning Meeting

Six years ago in September 2007 BLPN held a strategic planning session to
look at the status of our club as it was then, to do a SWOT analysis
(strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats), and to attempt to
improve our brand, our outreach and our impact on avian conservation. That
was then and your committee has agreed that it is time to conduct a similar
exercise and to examine the changes that have taken place in that time which
have impacted negatively or positively on the club.

Therefore all members of BLPN are invited to join the committee on Saturday
11 May 2013, at the SMRI’s offices in Glenwood. We want your ideas, your
criticisms, your positive and negative input, so that we can plan for the
next 7 years when we shall reach our 70th year. This will be an afternoon
session, and we would greatly value your presence and input.

Venue : Sugar Milling Research Institute
