Seems to be brownish grey above, with thin white wing bar, and pale yellow underparts, which suggests female Southern Hyliota.
Southern Hyliota Seems to be velvety black above rather than blue/black above The wingbar appears to be short Underparts are pale yellow Noreen Broomhall
