Update on Weekend Outing to Ilala Palm from Friday 26 April to 1 May.

Hi all

We are leaving on the Friday morning and plan to be in Ilala at about lunch time so will see you all as you arrive. If you have not yet booked see how below.

The tentative plan is to visit some (not all) of the following places:

Kosi Bay
Mabibi
Lake Sibaya
Muzi pans
Mpempe pan
Mkuze Game Reserve
Ozebeni
Tembe Elephant Park
Remember there are entrance fees for most of the above. If you don’t have a Rhino Card it will probably be well worthwhile getting one.

I am sure there will be enough to entertain us and there is also the immediate Sand Forest around the camp to keep us busy.

We will be having the usual evening braai fire provided, please bring a bag of charcoal with you or pay a fine of R 30.00 if you come empty handed!!

There may be a quiz or two so brush up on your general knowledge and bird calls!!

My cell number is 0824422982 if you need to call.

See you there.

Looking forward to great birding
