Hi Lesley,

The pelagic trip takes 16 people so our Midlands members have filled all the
places.

I did receive many of your members replying to Sally’s email but I wont be
able to accommodate them. Please will you let them know.

We have booked the boat for Saturday 8 June 2013. David will organise a
trip for your members.

If some one pulls out I will let your members know but I will be away until
19 May.
