08.30 – 12.30 : 7 half-hour sessions until lunch at 13h00. The afternoon session commences at 14h00 and ends 16h15. Each speaker has 30 mins for a presentation of facts and information. Club matters together with other members will be discussed at the end of the afternoon sessions
